Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zenfox.ai ("Zenfox", "the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
2. Service Description
Zenfox.ai is an AI-powered automation assistant platform that enables users to create, configure, and execute automated workflows. The Service uses artificial intelligence to understand user needs and generate custom automation code tailored to individual requirements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and Trials
To use Zenfox.ai, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We offer a permanent free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans (Pro and Max) include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You will not be charged during the trial period.
4. Billing and Payments
When your 7-day free trial ends, billing begins automatically for your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle. • Pro plan: $29/month • Max plan: $99/month • Enterprise plan: Custom pricing (contact us) All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the end of a billing period, your access continues until the end of that period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Zenfox.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not: • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems. • Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service. • Use the Service to process or store data that violates third-party rights. • Exceed the usage limits of your plan or abuse the platform's resources. • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Zenfox.ai platform, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Zenfox and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create through the Service. Automation code generated by Zenfox for your specific use case is licensed to you for your business purposes. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Data Processing
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by our third-party infrastructure providers: • Qoddi App Platform (qoddi.com) for application hosting. • Wasabi (wasabi.com) for cloud object storage. Data may be stored in the following regions depending on your account configuration: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe (EU), and Singapore. Enterprise customers can select a preferred storage region. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zenfox.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these Terms of Service. • Your payment method fails and is not updated within 14 days. • We are required to do so by law. • We discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
