Fair Use Policy
Effective: February 2025
1. Purpose
This Fair Use Policy governs how you may use Zenfox.ai ("the Service") to ensure a quality experience for all users. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Messaging Limits by Plan
All plans include unlimited messages, but messaging capabilities vary by plan tier to ensure fair resource allocation: • Pro plan: Enhanced messaging throughput with priority access to the agent, allowing faster processing and higher burst limits. • Max plan: Premium messaging throughput with the highest priority, increased agent context, and minimal rate limiting. These limits are designed to prevent abuse and ensure consistent performance for all users. If your usage consistently exceeds what is reasonable for your plan, we may ask you to upgrade to a higher tier.
3. Automation Limits
Each plan includes a specific number of active automations: • Pro: 15 active automations • Max: 50 active automations • Enterprise: Unlimited automations Automations that are paused or archived do not count toward your limit. If you need more active automations, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
4. Account Sharing
Each Zenfox.ai account is strictly personal and intended for use by a single individual. You may not share your account credentials with anyone else or allow others to access the Service through your account. Specifically, you must not: • Share your login credentials (email and password) with colleagues, friends, or any third party. • Use a single account to provide access to multiple people. • Create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge. • Use automated tools or bots to access the Service on behalf of multiple users through a single account. For team or multi-user needs, please use the Enterprise plan which includes dedicated user collaboration features and per-user licensing.
5. Prohibited Usage
The following activities are considered violations of this Fair Use Policy: • Generating excessive load on our infrastructure through automated scripts, bots, or unusually high-volume requests. • Using the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users. • Circumventing or attempting to bypass any rate limits, usage caps, or technical restrictions. • Using the Service for cryptocurrency mining, stress testing, or other resource-intensive activities unrelated to automation. • Reselling, sublicensing, or providing access to the Service to third parties through your account. • Exploiting free trials by creating multiple accounts.
6. Usage Monitoring
We monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with this policy and to maintain service quality for all users. Monitoring includes but is not limited to: • Message volume and frequency. • Automation execution frequency and resource consumption. • Account access patterns and login locations. • API call volume and patterns. All monitoring is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not read the content of your messages or automations for monitoring purposes — we only analyze metadata and usage metrics.
7. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if we determine, at our sole discretion, that usage is excessive, abusive, or in violation of this Fair Use Policy. Our enforcement process is as follows: • First notice: We will send you an email notification explaining the issue and requesting that you adjust your usage within 7 days. • Temporary suspension: If the issue persists after the notice period, we may temporarily suspend your account until the matter is resolved. • Permanent termination: In cases of severe or repeated violations, we may permanently terminate your account. In cases of egregious abuse (e.g., security threats, illegal activity, or actions that threaten the stability of the platform), we may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice. If your account is terminated, you will have 30 days to export your data, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
