Quick Start

Visit zenfox.ai and click Get Started. You will see two equally prominent options: • Continue with Google — fastest, one click. • Email — type your address, receive a 6-digit one-time code, paste it. If you have a phone on file, you can request the code by SMS instead. There is no password to create and no card to enter. The Free plan is permanent — 5 messages/day, all integrations available. Paid plans (Pro at $29/month, Max at $99/month, Enterprise) are available whenever you are ready to upgrade; there is no trial period. Once signed in you land directly in the Room.

The Room is a desktop. At the bottom is the dock with your apps. The center is your conversation with Zenfox. The chat header carries the project switcher (left) and the Connect Apps + AI Workers quick-access buttons (right). Always-pinned dock apps: • Instant Apps — generate dashboards, kanbans, and forms on demand. • Research — start a Deep Research with citations. • Vault — encrypted store for credentials and notes. All other apps come pinned by default: Files, Notes, Todos, Automations, AI Workers, Topics, Intel, Meetings, Brain, Settings. There is no left sidebar — every tool is its own dock app. The avatar in the corner opens a small profile menu, not navigation.

Open Settings from the dock → Data Sources → Integrations tab. Pick Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, GitHub, Notion, or any of the other 3000+ integrations. Click Connect, complete the OAuth flow in the popup, and you are done. If your tool isn't listed, switch to the APIs tab and add it as an API connection (REST API + auth). Internal or private APIs work too — paste your OpenAPI spec or Postman collection in chat and Zenfox will generate the schema.

Click into the chat and type something concrete: "Summarize my last 10 emails." Zenfox executes against your connected integrations and answers in the conversation. From here you can chain follow-ups naturally — "now draft replies to the urgent ones," "do the same every morning at 8am," "send the summary to Slack instead."

Try one of these to feel the magic: • "Build a kanban for my Trello projects." • "Show my HubSpot deals grouped by stage." • "Make a form to log my daily standup notes." Zenfox fetches your live data, generates a React component server-side, and opens it as its own Room window. The app is auto-saved — find it later in the Instant Apps dock app (always pinned).

Click AI Workers in the chat header (or open the AI Workers app from the dock). Browse the 28-template catalog: Sales, Marketing, Web, Support, Data, Finance, Admin, HR, Legal, Operations. Pick one — say Email Support Agent — Zenfox proposes a work plan, you approve, and the worker starts. Workers run continuously. They pause at decision points and ask for your input by default; you can switch them to higher autonomy later.

Open Topics from the dock and add one: "Watch the EU AI Act for major updates." Zenfox suggests keywords, picks the right sources, and starts watching. You will get a daily or weekly digest with everything that matters — and breaking news instantly. If you also want competitor intelligence, open Intel from the dock and add a competitor by name or URL. Same pattern: Zenfox auto-discovers their blog, careers page, social, GitHub, and starts monitoring.

In Settings → Messaging, link Telegram, Discord, iMessage, WhatsApp, or SMS. Now you can chat with Zenfox from your phone — including voice messages, which are transcribed automatically. End state after this tour: you have connected one integration, sent one chat command, built one Instant App, hired one AI Worker, and set up one Topic. You have touched 5 of the 13 dock apps and you understand the desktop metaphor. The whole flow takes about 10 minutes for a motivated user.
